Branches dissolution was performed by a microwave assisted procedure performed with a FKV autoclave, Ultrawave model, on a maximum sample aliquot of 1 g, accurately weighted in the microwave quartz vessels, before adding 6 mL HNO3, 1 mL H2O2 and 3 mL H2O.
